I would like to encourage you to take 10 minutes each day
- to think about one inspiring thing
- write down dreams that you may have – just write what comes from your heart this is a space for you without limitations,
- think ‘what is my passion?’
- you can make a dream vision board
- daydream and let your imagination flow
Then fearlessly take action
- learn how to paint
- join a book club
- practice yoga
- have a regular get together with friends
- visit a new country
Part of your fertility journey can be taking a break from thinking and doing.
Being is important.
