How I handle your information
Last updated 30 August 2026
I am Linda Carter, trading as Fertility Solution, and I am responsible for any personal information this website collects. You can reach me at linda@fertilitysolution.co.uk or at 7 Manchester Square, London W1U 3PQ.
This notice covers the website. Anything you share with me in a session or a call is held separately, in confidence, as part of my client records.
What this site collects, and why
- The contact form. Your name, email address and message. It reaches me as an email, delivered by Resend, an email service. I use it to reply to you, and I keep the correspondence for as long as our conversation or any work together needs it.
- The human check on that form. Cloudflare Turnstile confirms you are a person and not a robot. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and some technical signals from your browser. I never see them.
- Booking a call. Scheduling is handled by Calendly. What you enter there, your name, email and any answers, goes to Calendly under Calendly's privacy notice, and I receive the booking details.
- Hosting. The site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
- Your cookie choice. Stored in one small cookie on your device. The cookies page has the detail.
What I do not do
I do not sell your information, share it for advertising, build profiles, or run analytics on this site at present. Nothing you give me here goes anywhere except the services listed above, which I use to run the site.
A note on sensitive information
People often write to me about their health and their fertility. Share only what you are comfortable putting in a message; whatever you do share, I treat in confidence. Email is not the right place for a detailed medical history. Save that for when we speak.
The legal footing
I rely on legitimate interest to answer messages you send me and to keep the site secure, and on your consent where I ask for it, such as the cookie banner. Where you tell me about your health in a message, I handle it on the basis that you chose to share it with me so I can help.
Your rights
UK data protection law gives you the right to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to my holding it. Write to me and I will sort it out. If you are unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If how the site handles information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top tells you when.
Questions about any of this? Write to me and I'll answer plainly.
